Sales Associate / Seasonal Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager
Position Summary
The store Sales Associate is the most critical aspect of a successful selling environment.  If you love music, movies and all things entertainment and would enjoy interacting with our Customers who feel the same way, then this is where you want to be!

Essential Job Responsibilities
Sales

• Achieves assigned sales goals.
• Adheres to Corporate Customer Service Program and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Actively supports Store and District Management in complying with and conducting all corporate contests and promotions.
• Actively supports all sales programs and strives to achieve store sales plans.
• Communicates effectively with all members of the store staff.
• Works to maintain the teamwork essential for a successful, sales driven staff.

Operations

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Protects all corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Operates register quickly and accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Merchandising and Marketing

• Strives to continually increase personal product knowledge.
• Merchandises store in accordance with corporate communications.

Special Projects

• Works on special projects as directed by Management.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be sales and customer-service oriented.
